Always good experience having servicing here. I’m grateful for Lexus of Las Vegas team.
Brought my car in and had a list of 5 things for Leo to look at, diagnose, and price. Four days later, I called to check on status and was told that there was a backlog and no one had seen the car yet. Almost a week later, car made it to a technician...but I had to call to get status, rather than having my advisor proactively calling me.
Agreed on cost for work to be done via text message and was also told that several of the items had already been taken care of and were not really issues.
After several days, called for status to learn that the car was ready. Picked up, paid for services, left the lot.
4 of 5 items on my list were not fixed and are still issues. Since that time, I have left several messages to have a Service Manager call me back to discuss the issues so that I could get things resolved. There has been no word after several weeks.
The VIP sticker on the inside of my driver door means nothing anymore. I guess this is what customer service looks like now. A JM company needs to do better.
Elijah was very polite and helpful. He kept me informed of the repairs needed on my car.
I am always very pleased with the level of service I receive at Lexus Glendale. I LOVE my car and the location of the dealership is so convenient to where I live. WHen I need routine maintenance I just drop it off on Saturday morning, take a loaner to the gym down the street, and return the loaner when I'm done working out because my car is also done with maintenance. Thank you so much for what you all do

Was very professional. Was very knowledgeable. Was very surprised to see that I was greeted at my appointment time. Enjoyed coffee and snack upstairs in the waiting room. Was surprised to see a putting green up there which I was able to kill a little bit of time. very impressed with the updates and progress as my car was being serviced.
I was extremely happy with my service at Lexus of Las Vegas. I requested a bit of time with both service and IT personnel. Both of my contacts were absolutely great. I learned information about my vehicle that I didn’t know about that will be beneficial to me and my driving. I also want to thank my service advisor who arranged a loaner vehicle and always kept me informed of my vehicle’s status. Your company has made a huge positive impression on me and our family. I love my Lexus.
I think your whole team did a great job. The customer service was excellent—everyone was always very courteous and cordial. I feel like you fixed the problem, and it was completely resolved. It met my expectations, and you all truly lived up to them.
