I needed a a loaner. I reserved one. MJ was my provider he didn't see my loaner reservation and didn't have a loaner However he got my oil change done in record time.

Sean was awesome! It was also great to see him onboarding and training a new hire as well. He did an incredible job of explaining everything that needed to be done on my car, the best way to go about doing it, and broke everything down into bite-sized lessons for his trainee. Sean is a shining example of Lexus customer service and expertise.
Big shoutout to Elijah he is very professional and works fast. Give this man a raise he really sets the bar for the professioanlism and hospitality when you walk into the showroom. Checks in with you and provides the best explanations.

Unfortunately, I needed a new key fob, talked to someone on the phone the prior week and the complete key fob was not available. I explained to the gentleman during that initial call that my fob was stolen. Somewhere along the line he didn’t make me aware that there are 2 parts or he didn’t note that I wanted/needed both parts.
The speed of my service. The pleasentness of my service team member. And the Excellent amenities provided the waiting customers. Clean bathrooms. V Although I am a Pepsi girl and was sad to see the switch to Coke Proucts, I thoroughly enjoy the NEW water vending system. ???? I love it!
