Kristina Duvall’s service is world class. She ensured that my service was smooth and that she kept communication throughout. I was able to go to work and didn’t worry about a thing. I was set up with a loaner car and then I forgot my purse in the loaner car. When I communicated this to her, the quick action and care for my personal items, allowed me to sleep well that night.
