I was completely satisfied with Adi and what he did to solve the problem, however the fact that there is no fix is unacceptable. I understand that it is out of the Lexus of Omaha control, however it is a known issue that should be fixed. We can’t all live in a warm environment. Lexus need to fix this issue.

Wendy was awesome. Something has to be done about scheduling. We has a 10 am apt should have taken 1-1.5 hours. We did not leave until 1 pm. Car wasn’t completed until 12:30 and it took over 20 minutes after we checked out to receive our car. I’m used to much promoter service and after checking out the car is usually waiting for me. Rarely do I wait even 5 minutes. The car wash was also broken.

I'm very disappointed. With the service I received. I called the writer Erick Ucelo from the time I brought the vehicle in. Never received a call back. Called 2-16-2026 was told he was off today, and my vehicle was ready. If this is the kinda service you will be doing.I will find another dealer to handle my vehicle.
Aside from his professional and timely service, he also took extra steps to show courtesy and kindness. An example was his attention to holding doors open, offering to get me bottled water, asking if I was comfortable.
