My one issue would be why do you wait till 20,000 miles to rotate the tires?The car has 15,000 miles, you have the car in the shop with 15,000 miles, it should’ve been done then.

Paul was fantastic. I almost slipped on some ice and he swooped in like a majestic eagle and saved me from hitting the ground. It was like something out of a movie. When I looked up at him, he had a halo around his head like an angel. God bless this man, god bless Lexus of Cleveland.

I sat for 2 hours and not a single person came to see me. Finally I went looking for help. I was not treated nicely. It was not a good feeling. Shame on your staff treating a 79 year old woman this way.

Tony was awesome. Thoroughly explained things that would be completed during the service a d also recommendations. He also followed up with me in a timely manner so that one item could be addressesd that day and to let me know my car was ready for pick up.

Mark was amazing, made me feel welcomed immediately. He got parts for a a recall that I was unaware of. The overall maintenance of my vehicle was done in a timely manner. Amazing customer service (coming from someone in the food industry) it means a lot when someone makes you feel at home. It’s what makes the Lexus family so special, thank you Mark for the high class experience that is always expected at Lexus.
