I have been with John for years. He is always extremely helpful and handles my vehicle (and me) professionally...I would never use anyone else.

The right windshield washer has been fixed several times at JM Lexus - back to when the car was still under warranty. A few years ago I even paid to have the pump replaced. Each time, the repair lasts a couple months and then the washer stops working again. The service manager told me I could pay again for a part to be replaced - but the track record is that the repair will last longer than a couple months. So, I chose not to pay and to skip
I was also told I need new tires, that JM Lexus has tires on sale, and I was given a quote. I appreciate that. I noted that I was going to check Costco. I was told that the tire deal at JM Lexus would end today and that prices at JM Lexus were less than Costco which ended up not being the case. Costco tires were 10% less after installation.
Special thanks to Malcolm and Jeff with their help on getting my tire issue resolved. They did a great job which was seamless and efficient.
Alfred gave me superb treatment: professional, courteous, and timely responses. And Helen Castle did the same thing as well. I could not ask for better response, better treatment, better performance, and better results than Alfred and Helen rendered!
