Alan explained the loaner procedure, walked me to the lounge and assured me my service advisor would meet me shortly. Justin Bishop was prompt, friendly and welcoming to the Lexus family. I'm appalled by the service advisor's behavior. Not only did he fail to address the issue with my car, but he also made me feel like I was to blame. His argumentative attitude and attempt to educate me on the issue were unprofessional. I've had better experiences at other dealerships, where the staff have been more courteous and accountable. It's disappointing that this advisor didn't apologize or acknowledge his mistakes.
My trust in this dealership led me to return for a second time, but sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations this time around.
