The service from that we have received over the years from Lexus exceeds anybody’s service program and in this last episode where we were trying to get a Lexus DD mouse and found a new one to make sure it was OK. I’ll have to tell you your employee Jesse gets an A+ with his attention to our problems and now that I have a new used one I’ll be there every time my car tells me to come Thank you
Cassie Thadeus is an excellent service representative who had me laughing a couple of times. She is a valuable asset to the Lexus service department who provided me with the price of the work that was being down and reminded me of service discounts I completely forgot about. She deserves outstanding recognition.
I was vey satisfied with the care and follow up that Michael gave to me and my car. He even washed the car himself by hand before returning it to me because your car wash was not working. That’s someone who takes pride in his work and cares about his customers

The yearly service was done early which was good because we don’t need to bring it in again but the recall notice fix was not completed even though that was requested at the time the service appointment was made. The service advisor did not notice from the appointment notes what the problem was. The rear passenger side sunscreen was not attached. I had to point it out to him even though it was obvious. And they cannot give a date when the new part will be in. This was the second time the car was brought in for this service. Apparently they did not fix it the first time. Also,the service advisor’s voicemail still says he is out of the “office” Dec 16-30. It is now February.
Didn’t fix the noise coming when I hit the brakes.
Helen always provides excellent customer service. She’s great !
