When I brought my vehicle in on February 20, I explained a specific concern to the service consultant. After returning home, I even sent a follow-up text to make sure that specific issue would be checked, as I was genuinely worried about it. However, when I picked up my car the next day and asked about it, the consultant did not remember our conversation at all. That was very disappointing.
Regarding the spark plugs, I understand that my 2014 vehicle will eventually need replacement. However, with only about 53,000 miles and just 2,000 miles driven since last year’s service, I felt the recommendation may have been somewhat premature. This may simply be my personal impression, but it felt strongly encouraged.
I have been a loyal customer of Lexus of Glendale since purchasing my car there in 2014 and have returned every year for maintenance. As a long-term customer, I hope to receive more attentive and sincere service.
