If the spare tire is only available to service under the hatch back, I found that the trunk area was not disturbed, ergo I wonder if the spare tire was checked for pressure?

The staff has always been professional and courteous, and I've yet to have anything less that a fantastic experience with them. The pricing is a bit on the high end, but it's a justifiable cost to pay knowing I'm receiving quality work from quality personnel.
My service representative was great, like all JM Lexus employees. My only complaint was that I expected my car to be cleaned as part of the service. It was not. Perhaps because of the simple 15K maintenance and simple software update for the recall.
I truly appreciated Jeff's communication throughout the process. Jeff is a valuable asset for Lexua.
