On another note. Your service technicians in the back do not replace the caps on the hood engine covers. I just noticed after my last service that most of the covers are gone. The cover is now floppy when I open the hood.

I came in for a routine oil change. The vehicle was returned later than promised, and the car wash that was mentioned was not completed.
I also requested a copy of the Lexus-recommended maintenance list, but it was not provided. I expected better communication and professionalism from a Lexus service department.
