Danny has exceptional customer service. He is friendly and courteous. He ensures the customers’ needs are met with precision. On another note. Your service technicians in the back do not replace the caps on the hood engine covers. I just noticed after my last service that most of the covers are gone. The cover is now floppy when I open the hood. Thank you Chris for your kind attention to this matter.

I came in for a routine oil change. The vehicle was returned later than promised, and the car wash that was mentioned was not completed. I also requested a copy of the Lexus-recommended maintenance list, but it was not provided. I expected better communication and professionalism from a Lexus service department.
