I did feel like I was treated like a valued guest although I was told that it is “normal” for my car to smell heavily of gasoline following the repair of my rear main crankshaft seal. My entire garage currently smells heavily of gasoline and do not think that this is normal. I will be calling tomorrow. Thanks.

I was waiting too long to be assigned to loaner vehicle, I wish one person was doing everything like it used to be. The bench to wait was not inviting and not comfortable.

Everyone I worked with were wonderful. My only negative thought is the fact I needed to come back for the same issue of rattling in my sunroof shade. I brought it on 2-20 and they added some felt. Unfortunately while driving home after that appt. It was still rattling same as before. I called when I got home to set up another appt. to have it looked at again. This time I took a service rep on a ride and let him hear when it rattles and he could get a feel as to where to look when in the bay. It was fixed this time which I am thankful for.
