From the moment I met Cordis he treated me like we'd known each other for years. He covered all the bases and explained everything completely. He very much seemed like he loved what he did and belonged in his position and did a great job!

Vehicle was delivered dirty which, which is not the JM Lexus standard. Advisor was professional though, he was not present at vehicle pick up which could of contributed to a dirty vehicle delivery.
Everyone was super nice and helpful and they knew that I was waiting there so they completed the work that my car needed as fast as they could and it was spotless when I got it back. I noticed how clean it was inside and out and I really appreciated them doing that Thank you very much.

Faustino was fantastic he quickly got me in and provided the loaner. The work was done before I knew it, since I was at church I didn't see my messages. Once I came to pick up my vehicle Faustino got me out quick. Unfortunately I forgot my Bible in the loaner. Thank the Lord I was told I can pick it up today. I would definitely recommend Faustino to attend all customers.
I usually have excellent service at JM Lexus. Everybody has an off day. Usually the person of contact gives me his business card so I can contact him while waiting. Usually the person of contact contacts you when your car was reviewed, what problems came up, if you want to fix them and at what costs. I received no phone call. Luckily I noticed the text and scrolled to see that I can sign and approve it. Then he called and told me my car was ready. I went straight down and he was not at his desk for a good 5 minutes. Someone else helped me pay but I also had questions regarding yellow markings on my tires. I didn’t know if that was an immediate concern. After waiting a little more and someone tracked them down, he sat down for two seconds and told me it’s not an urgent concern. At that point I left. I do not need a phone call back. Again, he might’ve had an awful day, but when it comes to my car, I’d like basic communication to know I’m riding in a safe car and what I should expect for my next service or if I need something done prior to that, I like someone going over the report that the mechanics gave. Again, I do not need a phone call back. I just thought I’d mention it since this is the first time this has occurred. Usually the service is very good at Lexus.
