Alfred the advisor was an awesome people person and gave me all the information that I asked for. He Went beyond his duty by having my car washed and especially cleaned the inside of my windshield as I am disabled with back problems and he made sure it was taken care of by washing it thoroughly. Thank u Crown Lexus!!!????????????

Car wash was done little bit sloppy. Tar was present on bottom of the front door which was not there when I came in. All the settings that I had on the car were reset. No big deal but it was not to world standard. Thank you for your service.

My car went in clean and came out with hard water spots all over my car. Then to top it off, both front flor mats were dirty (to include the actual carpet). I’ve had both of my Lexus (2) and today was the first time I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of my vehicle after Service. The car has 5k miles and we keep it immaculate! One would think the car would come out of service cleaner then it went in, today that wasn’t the case.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Billie Bailey at the Lexus service desk for the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, Billie was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what was going on with my car, explained the service process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before getting started. What really stood out was how easy he made the whole experience. Service visits can sometimes feel like a hassle, but Billie kept everything smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated along the way and made sure all my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who’s both professional and personable, but Billie really nailed it. Lexus is lucky to have him at the service desk. Thanks again for making the whole experience a great one!

Everything I asked JM Lexus to do was done with excellence. Check-in was fast and efficient by the outside staff. Luis was right on the spot after checking in and fully understand my sense of urgency and requests for service. Luis got the job done expeditiously and with exceptional quality by the service center’s performance. My car was done in record time and I was able to meet my time demands with ease. Had an appointment to have my new key fob program to the car. After we left it and left the dealership I got a call saying that the key was back ordered and it wasn’t in. That was a great inconvenience.

Aaron always goes above and beyond to accommodate my family and me! We own 5 Lexus car total and anytime we have issues with ours car I would call Aaron and he would helps, I feel like family when I stop by there, the staff at the service department always willing to helps when Aaron not available.
