Adi had eveything handled from he moment I pulled in he garage. He greeted me, had a loaner car for me and showed me how to operate it (similar to mine). He said he would call and I could come back any time for the car, and that they would clean it. The job was done quickly and he had my car back to me within hours. Since Lexus installed my new windshield wipers and saw they didn’t work as they should, theres absolutely no reason they didn’t replace them today WITHOUT THE MANAGERS APPROVAL! That’s inexcusable and no way should I have to make another appointment and bring my vehicle back! It should have been taken care of today!!!
