I was told by the “tire expert “ as soon as I pulled in that I had a nail in my tire, but John says he’s not aware of any nail after my servicing. Although I bought a maintenance package from a different dealership and was explicitly told I could go to any Lexus dealership for servicing, John rudely informed me that for whatever reason it does not transfer over so I owed them money . I will NOT be returning to this incompetent dealership that only care about making money. My car was not washed at the end of being serviced which is a complimentary service that should always be included. Very dissatisfied.
Leo did a great job for me. There are two things that I'm upset about. First when you open the car door the interior light doesn't come on. Second the car was totally filthy when I picked it up. I thought you ran all cars and vehicles through your car wash before your customer picked it up. Otherwise everything else that you did is working fine.
Mark was wonderful but I had a 10am appointment with Gerry and after sitting in the car waiting for him for30 minutes I ask one of your employees to find out what was going on. He came back and said there were still two people ahead of me and it would be another 20 minutes at least. I said I didn’t want to wait any longer, at which point he had Mark help me. It was so inconsiderate of Gerry not to at least come out and explain or apologize. And the loaner car I had reserved a week in advance wasn’t available. Mark was wonderful but a 10am appointment and I didn’t get done till 2pm. Pretty un-exceptable! Very disappointed
Robert is always on top of things. Gets back with me quickly and answers my questions.

This is my first time owning a Lexus. First time in your facility for a recall. Was treated very well from the beginning. Smiles and courteous manners all the way around. Joel was friendly and helpful. He keep me updated while I was waiting. The waiting area was nice, clean and fully stocked with drinks and snacks. Washed my car after Services were completed. Very nice touch. I appreciate the high level of service, it was more than expected. Thank you.
