My service person was taking phone calls when he was checking me out and I did not feel like his attention was totally on me. Indeed his attention was being shared with a customer about tires and pricing, and I asked him if he wanted me to come back at another time because he seemed unavailableUsually somebody gets up and walks me to the door and points to my car. He instead told me it was to the right so I walked out and apparently I walked out of the wrong door so I couldn’t see my car. I’ve always had great personal service before and felt like he was adequate, but that’s about it.
Adi was prompt and professional in getting everything squared away with my standard maintenance for my car. Have never worked with him before but he’s top notch at his job!
I paid $170 for you to look at my vehicle. Returned it less than 1/4 of a tank. Said the reason it was stalling was from leaving it with little fuel in the vehicle. I am very unhappy with service, waited on a call back all day just to call back again later in the afternoon to find out it was ready and nothing was wrong except brakes I already knew needed to be replaced.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the service process was smooth—from ordering the parts to completing the work. I was in and out within an hour, which I truly appreciated.
While I waited, I was able to walk around the plaza next to the dealership, and by the time I returned, my car was ready.
A special thank you to SHEDRICK, who was an outstanding service representative. He took great care of my needs and gave me confidence that everything was being handled with attention and care.

When I dropped my car off Brandon explained what he thought the issue might be and informed me of the approximate time it would take for the service. He was very communicative throughout the process so I was always aware of what was going on.
