I asked for my a/c to be checked since you were dunning a special & it was never added to my ticket unbeknownst to me until I got home. The ticket placed in my windshield for my next service had WRONG info listing “53k Sept” yet I was there to have my 80k service. I tried to locate my service advisor to get it corrected & couldn’t find him anywhere after asking someone else for assistance so I left! After spending $600+ I would had expected a little better service but I guess U was wrong

Michael was excellent. Very helpful and courteous. However, i’m disappointed with the experience overall at the Lexus Service Center. When I purchased my first Lexus back in 2015 you were able to get a loaner for any service. Now since I purchased my second Lexus in 2025 I’m being told every time I come to the service center that loaners are not provided for “quick services.” my appointment today was at nine. And Michael saw me promptly at that time. But I didn’t get my car back until close to 12. Waiting 3 hours in the service center isn’t ideal. You guys need to bring back your original loaner program. When we buy a Lexus we aren’t just buying the car we’re buying the whole package. When I first purchased Alexis back in 2015 that’s what sold me on spending so much money on the car. Was the superior service that you will get at Lexus compared to other dealerships. The ball has definitely been dropped by whatever corporate person came up with these changes.
