Everyone involved with the service of my vehicle did a great job. The service advisor was great to work with. The mechanic doing the service did a great job of communicating the condition of the car with video. And whoever washed and vacuumed my car did a great job as well. Thanks all!

It took 2 hours to do the 10k mile service. I was told 60-90 min, and it was 2 hours. After 1 hour, I received a text saying that it was complete and paperwork was finalized, but it wasn't until a whole hour later that I was actually called to get my vehicle. My car wasn't even fully washed, the windows were visibly dirty. It was ridiculous.
