I called to see if I could bring my car in earlier than 3 ( my appt time) . Girl said yes. I arrived at 20 till 3 and did not get out till 5:20. Too long to wait for what I had done. I was the last customer to leave even though many came in after me. I was not offered a ride home and should have been for that long of wait.
Tony was excellent as he always is. I am always comfortable with our conversation regarding our GX460. Glendale is not convenient to me but I drive there specifically because of the trust I have in Tony. He’s the best!
