Unfortunately, I brought my vehicle in, secondary to a rubbing sound. I was charged with a total inspection charge, in addition to reported brake work, that was revealed, post inspection. I wasn’t having any problems with my brakes. It was just the rubbing sound. I was charged a little over $1500.00. After payment, I left with my vehicle, and to my surprise, the same noise existed. I was given a loaner. Travis, called me on Tuesday, with a very sincere apology. Even though he stated that my brakes and front rotors needed replacement, that was not why I brought my car in for service.

The lug nut key fell off after my last tire rotation and instead of replacing it a regular lug nut was used. Not good. I will purchase it and install it myself at this point.

Jerry Temores was an exceptional service personnel. He was so professional and demonstrated an incredible customer service skills whiles I was there. He came to me every 15 mins to let me know where they are with my vehicle and made sure am comfortable and not bored.
