Hey everything went well and service provider was good but my check engine light is on after my oil change and it wasn’t on previously. I texted the number after my visit but haven’t received a response from anyone.

Our service advisor did an excellent job.
My vehicle was dropped off on Saturday May 24, 2026. The tire required replacement which was not in stock. I agreed to have my vehicle stay until Monday. I called the service department later Saturday requesting to complete the 40k mileage maintenance. The person who answered advised that they would notify the service department. I followed up Monday morning and was told the maintenance request was not communicated, however Arturo assured me it would be worked on. He later called that the brakes needed to be replaced, I agreed and due to the memorial day holiday, service department closed early. Arturo provided a loaner but I declined. My vehicle was ready for pick up on Tuesday may 26th at 4:30. Arturo did his best, but the lack of inventory and failure to provide my message on Saturday, resulted in further delays.
I would like to tell big thanks to Servise director Chris Garabedian for anytime high class servises and to be friendly....

All areas were excellent from scheduling dept, drive up check-in, service manager Juan to check out. Thank you.
Only recommendation is for lounge area please post signage for waiting customers to keep their phone conversation limited, to themselves…very loud. This also goes for the employee staff at their desk that surround the lounge area.

Robert has been amazing to work with! He is knowledgeable, easy to get into contact with, and takes care of the customer. Most service advisors I have experienced in the past are always trying to sell you something or get more money, but he really is empathetic to what the customer needs.
