As always, Joe provided excellent service. The checking in the front went well and the communication during the wait was also good. Plus the lounge now had some pastries besides coffee etc which was a pleasant surprise.
Jeff Miller is an excellent service advisor. Over the years I have had my GX serviced he has always been professional, courteous, and very thorough in his approach. Fantastic service advisor!

Thank you for reaching out. Before I dive into my concerns, I want to clarify that my service consultant, Danny, has been exceptional—a consummate professional and a bright spot in this experience.
Generally speaking, I have always been very pleased with the service at Lexus of Glendale. However, my recent experience regarding a persistent creaking sound from my front wheels has left me deeply disappointed. I have raised this specific concern during multiple service visits while my vehicle was still under warranty. Despite my consistency, it appears these reports were either neglected or intentionally left out of my service records.
I find it suspiciously convenient that this issue was only "identifiable" now that I have surpassed the 50k-mile warranty mark. Losing confidence in the build quality of a Lexus is one thing, but losing confidence in the integrity of the service department is another.
Danny was finally able to get a technician to identify the source—the control arms—which I am now being quoted around $1,500 to repair. I am struggling to understand two things:
Why was this not identified sooner when I brought the car in with the exact same symptoms under warranty?
Why is there a complete absence of notes in your system regarding my previous reports of this noise?
The handling of my account feels negligent at best. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this discrepancy.

The entire visit to Metro Lexus from my arrival to Departure was flawless and painless. Adam was very professional and made sure he was completely clear on what would be done to the car while I waited. The communication during the service call (including videos) was really interesting and informative. Someone needs to give Adam a “high five” because he deserves it!

Diego was attentive and very detailed professional. I came a bit frazzled but Diego had a very calm demeanor and answered my concerns with ease that I knew I was in excellent hands. When dealing with cars, I often feel like I’m not taken seriously due to my lack of knowledge but Diego did not make me feel like that which I appreciated. From the moment I came in and to when my car was ready, Diego gained my trust that he had everything handled and that I can rely on him and the Lexus of Glendale team. All around great experience.

Leo was great, when I picked up my car, the tech had just washed it. It was the worst job cleaning a car I've ever gotten from JM. The floor mats were strewn about. The inside wasn't even just wiped down. The outside looked like it was sprayed with water and driven up to me. I dont need anyone to call me. I just think the tech should be coached on how a JM Lexus vehicle is delivered to the customer. Thats all. Thank you for listening.

The drivers cooling fan that was replaced is still noisy. It is no different than when we took it in. Also, we noticed that there are scrapes and dents on the drivers side door threshold that were never there before.
Also, we’d like for you to review the video of our wheel rims before the tires were rotated. There is a large scrape on one of the rims that we also don’t believe was there. It’s possible it was there but would like for you to double check.
We are very concerned about the dents and scrapes on the drivers side door threshold as we are guessing this was done when the cooling fan was replaced. Something clearly isn’t working with fan and we’d like to discuss the replacement.
I was fully satisfied with the team taking care of my vehicle.
