The service was great at LEXUS. Joseph Storozynsky my service advisor always goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable. It gives you the best advice for maintaining my LEXUS. I highly recommend Joe and JM LEXUS is being a first class organization that really cares.
Everything was performed to my satisfaction; no issues. On a different note your upholstery chairs in the waiting room are not comfortable. They would be great if they did not have those pillow cushions on them; then you could sit back and relax. As they are now they don’t allow one to sit back into the chair. Everything else is great!!
