I appreciate the complimentary car wash. I am a little particular about my vehicles. It would be great if the auto would be wiped down before staging it for pickup. Other than that small attention to detail, the service that I received was good and met my expectations. Kay, the service writer, was very kind and friendly and look forward to our next service visit.

All went great! I use the valet services and they were very timely. Adam communicated to me the timing of when my car would be ready and that was completed in the time he said. Also, I was just returning from out of town so I forgot to fill up my tank of gas. I noticed from my Lexus app that I only had 12 miles left and spoke with Adam in regards to that and he said they would fill the tank before they returned it, which was greatly appreciated.
I would have no other than Danecia assist me with repair and other major questions with respect to my expenses at keys Lexus, where I have been a customer for many years. She is excellent and has always given me what I consider to be correct guidance.
He was attentive to my needs and explained everything very well.
