They refused to warranty something that has been an ongoing issue since I got the car and about the first service. They’ve fixed it 3 times, so clearly it wasn’t done right. And now they want to say it’s due to outside influence when it really just wasn’t fixed right the first time
3 plus hours to change a battery and then lose my car. Mechanic placed wrong number on it then when I am furious I am told I was demanding by Alex!
