My family has been servicing our vehicles at Crown Lexus for over a decade, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony. When I first started handling maintenance for my own Lexus vehicle, I tried a few different service advisors before asking my family for their recommendation, and that’s how I found Tony. Since then, I’m a loyal Tony customer and have even moved out of the area, but I will always return to see Tony. Tony is truly exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, and also genuinely kind, patient, and trustworthy. I feel completely confident placing my car in his care every single time. He consistently goes above and beyond, not just for me but for my entire family, and that level of service is rare. We are a big Lexus family, and part of that loyalty comes from experiences like the ones we’ve had with Tony. He takes the time to offer thoughtful advice on how to keep our cars running at their best for as long as possible. If you are going to Crown Lexus, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Tony. Billy provided grade A customer service and was very thorough with helping me understand the services that were needed for my vehicle. The warm greeting when I arrived set the tone and made me feel valued as a customer. The scheduled maintenance was extensive and the loaner vehicle was much appreciated. I wasn’t just given the keys and sent on my way but he gave a brief tutorial of how to operate the newer features so that I was comfortable. Billy has definitely set the standard for quality customer care that the entire service department could benefit and add as a best practice. Billy is a total asset to Lexus of Colorado Springs.
