It’s ridiculous that Lexus charges 3% to use credit cards not everyone has the cash readily available to have their cars serviced nor do customers want to pay an extra 3% to use a credit card vendors are charging a substantial interest rate.

Elijah was a gentleman and very patient with me. I had questions about my “Maintenance required” light being constantly on for a 45,000 mile check up at 44,040 miles. The receptionist that made my appointment told me that it isn’t wise to be driving that long of a distance with the Maintenance Light on.
I was driving from one sister in Lake Havasu, Arizona to another sister in Covina on my way back home near Fresno.
The car wash and the coffee were also delightful.

We give Jack an 11 on a scale of 10. Extremely competent, knowledgeable on all things Lexus, personable, and the list goes on! He took care of us and our ES300h like we were close family. Also a great ambassador of the Lexus brand. Thank you all!
