Very impressed with George Gonzalez. He got the job done in one day instead of the 2 I was quoted over the phone and he still provided me a loaner. He also got the job done for way less than I was quoted as there were some parts I didn’t end up needing and the bumper did not need to be painted. Probably my best service experience yet with Crown Lexus. George Gonzalez gets 5 stars!!!

When I brought my vehicle in, they never offered to take me home. They didn’t have a loaner which I understand. The experience wasn’t what I expected from Lexus.
My treatment and the service this time around was absolutely fabulous. I was kept appraised of everything that was going on. I even got a video of what they had done to fix my vehicle.water that brush too.

Jessie never disappoints. In my eyes, Jessie is the face of Lexus of Omaha. I bought my first Lexus because of the Lexus reputation. I keep buying Lexus because of the great service that Jessie and the service team provides.
