I have asked and cannot t get a clear answer as to whether or not my car has had the oil changed. The first time I took it, I was told that it was too early and not sure if it was changed because I only had 5K miles andmy husband took it and he said that Aaron told him he would honor the oil change when it was time-which I thought was now. I asked the technician to find out if it was the free one or not and he automatically assumed I was looking for a freebie or something because he said I checked and Aarn didn’t leave notes and I checked with my manager and she said she’s NOT going to give you a free oil change, that she will do it for half. At no time did I ask for ANYTHING FREE. I want my oil changed if it needs it. My car has 9400 miles and I’ve had it 18 months. If I can afford 800/mo I can certainly afford a $120 oil change. Arturo should not be so quick to judge and note that not everyone me is out to get something free!

Had a great experience with Lexus customer service. The only thing being the first time I have used your it would have been nice to know I needed to reserve a loaner car. The text I got only mentioned bringing a drivers license and proof of insurance. Thank you.
