I truly appreciate Jessie’s professionalism. It is easy to take for granted that a car will start and get you from point A to point B whenever you want. Having an issue arise, and to have it handled expertly at the dealership is a wonderful blessing.
I understood in a direct telephone conversation with Corey that there would be no charge as we had prepaid a contract for service when we purchased the vehicle. However, when my wife made it home, she said she was directed to pay $53 in to change for the additional service that was optional, which I authorized because Corey said it was free.

I never write reviews, but what I experienced at Crown Lexus deserves RECOGNITION. I brought my wife’s Lexus in for brake service and was immediately impressed by the professionalism and clarity Christian Santos provided. His attention to detail, confidence, and ability to explain the diagnosis made the entire process effortless, and the brake issues were resolved exactly as he described.
I was so taken by his knowledge that I returned two days later with my own Lexus LS. Christian told me, “Bring the car to us and we will provide a clear diagnosis and work with you to resolve the issues,” and he delivered exactly that. The Lexus technology system is excellent, but Christian’s guidance is what elevates the entire experience.
Everyone at Crown Lexus, from the valet to the service team, was helpful and professional, but Christian is the reason for this review. His clarity, dedication, and exceptional understanding of Lexus vehicles reflect positively on Crown Lexus and Lexus Corporate.
