Will not be returning for service in the future. Been a customer since 2015 with 2 leases and a fully paid off financed vehicle. 3 vehicles total. History doesn’t seem like I’ve gotten a fair deal anytime. I realized I was sold a vehicle with apparent bad tires because I needed to purchase new tires 1 yr into the purchase. Unsure if that’s my responsibility to be aware of the tires during the purchase, but I was told all used cars go thru an inspection. Just purchased a new lease from Keyes Hyundai and I’m hoping they’re not connected.

I had scheduled a detailing with my 10000 mile service. I get there and was told that detailing was behind and couldn't offer that service did I stilk want to have my car serviced. I drive an hr away to have it serviced where I purchased it. So I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to servicing the vehicle til Monday. Then later on 4/24 around 5pm was told my car was done and needed to return loaner within 24 hours. I have never had an issue similar to this before. This is my 3rd GX.
While they did offer to have valet pick up my car and not charge refueling when they could get my car detailed, I thought that was an option already available to me.
Not sure what my next step will be. Thought you would want to know.

My car was not serviced on the time advised it would be ready.
I had a great experience working with the service advisor Jake. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done with my car, he also made sure my car was returned clean and freshly washed, which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend working with him If you need service or have car issue.
