MJ is an exceptional advisor! He’s very professional and helpful. He’s the only advisor I wish to deal with.
Here are the reasons I am dissatisfied.
1. For the last 2.5 years I have had tire sensor issues with a notification in my car that it is malfunctioning; every time I bring my car in for service this gets blown off. I authorized a diagnostic and was once again told that they couldn’t reproduce the problem and they reset everything to factory recommendations.
2. When I restarted my vehicle at home, I received a notice that maintenance is required. Go to your dealership then I noticed that my sticker for service was not updated. It still shows the 55,000 and the April date so it leaves me wondering how thorough was the assessment on my vehicle.

It took him almost 3 weeks to get back to me in regards to a speaker that was ordered for my car.

My visit was pleasant and the recall issue resolved. I arrived at 8:10 am and the car was ready about 10:30 am. I also got my question answered about a problem I was having with opening the trunk with my foot.
