My initial issue was resolved
The was an oil drip that I noticed immediately I got home. But I was able to bring back the car a few days later. Other than that, I was happy with everything else.
I came in for an oil change and you tried to upsell 4 different services.

Daniel was very helpful in getting my car serviced. The detail job was difficult but he made sure it was done, even coming in on his day off. The car looks amazing. The entire staff also was very friendly and helpful.

Brought the vehicle in for a scheduled repair at 7:30 am. I never received any information from Lexus during the day. I finally called at 3:30 to find out the vehicle was never touched. Inexcusable! Had to pick the vehicle up and reschedule for next week.

The entire service staff was so kind and helpful. I never felt rushed or manipulated to make a decision on a vehicle purchase. They also are repairing the transmission on my older Lexus ES350. They were very generous with lending me the loaner Lexus for many days.
