You did not fix my L CERTIFIED vehicle purchased thru u .. service manager never got involved !! Technical assistance from what I been told was never involved... they state normal condition for mileage it had 35000 when purchased 48000 now 13000 estimated and now trans and engine vibration clunks in gear never did this before I tested same like vehicle they do not do this and nowhere on the repair do they state compare vehicle...phantom electrical also warranty doesn't doesn't pay tech so they shot gun the diagnosis and repair i noticed the time stamp on repair order...not happy.

The service was Great. My service advisor Joel greeted me with a smile and a handshake he explained what service I was receiving asked if I had any questions provided me with a loaner car and sent me on my way. I was notified of a concern with my vehicle during the service and notified when it was complete. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Joel was on lunch. I spoke to Effrin(name may not be spelled correctly) he found a service advisor who could help me which was Javier. Javier was friendly he didn't make me feel as I was extra work he greeted me explained what service was completed on my vehicle took my payment and informed me Effrin would bring my car around. Effrin was great he got help for while Joel was on lunch and brought my car to me with a smile. Great Job Lexus of Las Vegas.

Mj my service advisor couldn’t be more interested in helpful with my problems. I have with my car and talk all this time to listen to me complain. All of the employees at JM Lexus could not be more helpful and caring and taking care of any problem I had I recommend JM didn’t buy Lexus and if I could commit some not to buy any other car, but Lexus I would I would do so this is my fifth Lexus that I own and when I’m interested in getting a new car, I’ll definitely will come up to JM to purchase that car I mean, thank everybody at JM for all the hard work and taking care of me and my car. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me before my 02pm appointment. I came in at 01pm. I was done and out in 15min with my loaner car and they were done with my car sooner than expected. I was very happy with that. Keep up with the good work. Thanks again.
