My experience was with Joe Furlich. Joe goes the extra mile to ensure a customer is taken care of and feels like family. My wife recently had a full knee replacement, and was with me when I dropped our vehicle off. When I brought her in with her walker, Joe made her feel so comfortable and wasted no time to get us into a loaner vehicle to ensure I could take her to all of her appointments. He was in touch with me every step of the way. My wife and I are very grateful for Joe and the service he provided. I would absolutely refer a friend. Joe's exceptional professionalism, initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond reflected great credit upon himself and Jaguar Arrowhead as a company. Joe has set the bar high as he is the standard. THANK YOU JOE!

Leland and Kat are the best service advisors that I’ve had owning a Land Rover and both are a pleasure each time I work with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of them.

Erin was wonderful. She was helpful, professional and kind. She was great about communicating with me while my vehicle was being serviced, which I appreciated. Erin definitely knows the meaning of customer service! I will be requesting her for all of my Range Rover service needs in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an emergency battery replacement needed at my home and the response was absolutely amazing. Very professional very prompt very courteous. I felt that they understood the relevancy of my situation and the urgency needed and responded promptly in a very customer service oriented fashion. Highly recommend.
