I / we had issues on somethings, but we go through them. I'm VERY particular about customer support and how my car is serviced / treated while being taken care of. Michael did a good job getting us through some things.

Having a loaner available makes it so much easier because it doesn’t upend my work day. I can drop my vehicle off and get a loaner and continue to work right away

This has been the BEST service group that I have experienced in years. Since Covid it seems like the other service departments are under staffed and have major excuses for not getting things done. This service department is so organized and friendly that I enjoy go in for service. Cody and all the others sure make your feel welcome.

I have been in the business for many years,and can say,I haven't seen this type of customer service in a very very long time. Allen and Josh are to notch service guys, and Derrick is fantastic leader in that department. Mike in the parts dept went above and beyond for me getting me all the parts I needed. This is the benchmark for how dealerships should be measured. I will recommend them to all my friends and customers.
