Leland Paxson, is very kind and a knowledge listener for my vehicles service needs. He pays close attention to detail, keeps me abreast of what’s going on with my vehicle, when servicing will be done and any concerns that I may have he is always willing to address them, swiftly. You should also know that Nick Sweis, is highly competent, great listener, kind, knowledgeable and extraordinary in crafting financial statements for my vehicle purchases. Rick Colter, is also very kind, knowledgeable and a great listener for directing me to vehicles, that would be a great fit per my requests.

Service advisor refused to provide information how recommended repair items were out of spec.
Car was returned to me in worse condition with parts missing.
Keys were not marked or stored properly, and I was given someone else’s car at pickup.

I recently had my vehicle serviced and wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the experience. Leland was great! Very kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I could truly tell he has a genuine heart for making sure his clients are well taken care of, and that meant a lot to me.
I also want to give a huge thank you to the service technician, even though I didn’t catch their name. The work they did was clearly done with care, skill, and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure everything was done right and my vehicle was well taken care of.
Overall, I genuinely appreciate Leland and the technician for providing me with an excellent experience. I hope they both know their hard work does not go unnoticed.
