I received excellent service by Leland. It was the best service since I’ve been going to the Land Rover dealership even brought my car to my house. He communicated with me through the whole process. He was a great Service advisor. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just fyi i would recommend the service doors be more clear like a sign saiding pull up right here if you have a apt. And someone will be right with you as.

I recently had myRange Rover Velar in for repairs, and I could not be happier with the experience. Kat and the rest of the team provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were communicative, professional, and ensured my vehicle was taken care of properly and efficiently. It’s rare to find such dedicated service my Velar is running perfectly, and I highly recommend this team to any Land Rover owner!

Had a great experience at Land Rover Arrowhead for my oil change. Erin was an excellent service advisor—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The service was completed efficiently, and everything was handled professionally. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

Joe has been amazing. This dealership has been amazing. I was disappointed with the diagnosis of my last visit but I would come back a week later to have it fixed after getting quotes. Another mechanic wasn’t saving me but a couple hundred dollars. So I was like…might as well go back to Jaguar. You guys do such great work
