First ~ a note of gratitude!! I am fairly new to Arizona ~ and had never had an issue with my Jaguar XE ~ until now ~ My car broke down in Monument Valley ~ and had to be towed ~ its ultimate destination was at your location in Arrowhead, Az. I was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism ~ through my entire experience. My service provider was Katerina Ross. She kept me informed every step of the way through my entire repair process! Texts and phone calls to continually informed me of the status of my repairs. She made a stressful situation ~ easy ~ My gratitude also to all who worked on my car ~ !! We live in Williams, AZ ~ so you’re not a hop ~ skip ~ and a jump ~ away from us ~ but will bring my car to you for all of my needs moving forward !! Thank you again ~ Jill L

I don’t often write reviews. But I definitely need to after working with Leland Paxson. His customer service was an 11 out of a 10! From our first interaction, Leland was professional and friendly! He wanted to make sure we were taken care of as customers. Throughout our interaction, he kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely cared about our Defender getting fixed and you could clearly see that through his interactions with us! We have worked with other dealerships in the past and this was the best experience we have ever had! You guys are very lucky to have someone like Leland on your team!

Kat was awesome! Great customer service. My Rover was not fixed and no one could figure out the problem of the tire pressure monitoring fault. My light came back on 20 minutes after leaving and I have no answers. I will have to find another rover dealership. Bummer
