Didn't even make it home with the truck. Stuck in 3rd gear. Truck ran better before I dropped it off. Now I'm out a 1000 dollars 2 days before Christmas and I still don't have a way to get to work next week. Just don't understand how you can say you test drove it and it and said it was fine. I didn't even make it 2 miles down the road before it started messing up. If you knew more work needed to be done for the truck to be right why would you tell your customer it was good to go then send them off in the vehicle in a blizzard? I'll definitely be sharing my experience with Johnson Ford with all my family and friends and will highly recommend not bringing thier vehicles there.

Colton was very nice and explained things so that I could understand. He called to let me know how things were going with my car which I appreciated. But I don’t know the cost of the repair yet because I have not picked it up. And my car is damaged due to an accident that happened.

Nathan is such a personable young man! He keeps me informed on whatever is going on with my car and he does his best to figure out if he can help you at all! He always lets me know what services my car needs to keep it in tip top shape on the roads! Thanks Nathan for all you do for New Richmond Ford because you ARE an Asset to them!!!!

Your employees are very good and helpful. Unfortunately the car is still blowing cold air. I feel the car is getting really close to being considered a Lemon. Unfortunate for everyone. This car ****, nothing but problems.

Colton gave me a complete appraisal and estimate before the job was done. It was a tricky job on an older car transmission and the tyranny wasn't manufactured by Ford. Colton took lots of time to talk through the options and made sure I understood there was a fair chance the fix would not work. I decided to order the service hoping to avoid even more costly repair. Unfortunately, the fix did not work. Because Colton made me part of discussion instead of just selling me I feel good about the whole experience. Colton is a great communicator and has a firm grasp on the technical aspects of his job. My loyalty to Johnson Ford is growing thanks to Colton Janke.
