Service Advisor Colton Janke was great to work with throughout my entire experience. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Bri helped in Colton’s absence and I was on the road. I will definitely consider having my 2014 Ford SuperDuty diesel repaired or maintenanced in the future with Ford Johnson Motors.

Every time I bring my vehicle there and ask for something to be done they forget. This time I asked to have the tires rotated besides the oil change. It wasn’t done!

Ryan did the best he could. The part I'm not satisfied with is that one of the parts I need is on backorder with no idea when it will show up. I'm supposed to drive my broken car until then. Not good.

Service was good.I should have ask for a estimate on the price of a oil change. You r 100 dollars more than any other dealership i had the same product use. (Im not a happy camper).I bought many cars from EZ.Don't understand why you have to change so much for a oil change for loyal customers. will not return to your service department. Adios..Mark
