I am totally baffled at why rummaging through my glove box and center console was necessary!! I clearly stated my lug nut key was in with the tire in the back. AND there was a receipt and a paper from my masks lying on the floor. The drivers side "safety recall" sticker has 2 large bubbles in it, looks terrible! I shouldn't have to clear my vehicle of all personal items before I come in to have my vehicle serviced to ensure they don't get stuffed back in without any care.

Listen well to what I had to say and tried to find the issue. Couldn't find the issue with the vehicle after full inspection, apologized but also wanted to know if it happened again or if anything else happens. Have been really helpful, and want to work with me.

The oil change was fine. We’re very disappointed that we had to pay an additional $ 140 for the tires to be removed for tire rotation!!!!

We received your vehicle back and the belt squeaks, the mirrors still over extend themselves, the limited park break function still pops up on the screen, another TPS sensor is not working. The vehicle is a lemon and seems it will always have problems. Unfortunately at some point I’ll be stuck paying for these problems.

Paid almost $179 for an oil change, filter and tire rotate. About $35 more than any other GM dealership. The oil filter was $28.50, GM MSRP is $21.43. Delco filters online are mid $11 to $16. I feel like I was robbed and taken advantage of. We will no longer be servicing or purchasing our vehicles at Johnson Motors. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
