I had a terrible experience at Johnson Motors on Friday. I was not given opportunity to use my gm points to pay bill. Had a hard time using my discount of 10% for service. It was not a pleasant experience. I worked in retail for many years and I never treated a customer ever no matter how busy I was with disrespect. I was pleased that my truck was fixed by the service technicians they were great but paying my bill with a certain individual was a nightmare.
