There was zero communication from them regarding the status of my vehicle. When i would call for updates, i would never get a call back. My car was there for over six months due to back orders (which i understand is out of your control) but no info ever. Didn't even tell me when the parts finally arrived until they said i could pick it up. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Troubleshooting not completed as the technician said it required a new battery. Technician could have put a battery charger on to complete Troubleshooting. Was not willing 2 be over $400 into a repair when nothing was even diagnosed
