You said you found the problem and it would cost $400 I said go ahead... I picked my truck up later....not fixed. You said well we fixed somthing but...sorry it wasn't what you brought it in for. Then you wanted to change me alot more to TRY to get it right on your second attempt.. lucky for me you did refund me my money...After a half hour of heated discussion

My hood has a manufacturing defect. Hard as Ryan tried, neither GMC service rep nor Menomonie Store,Lenny, felt it appropriate to fix. My car is only 6 months old, no trace marks (scratches) to indicate owner damage. Can we say Bumper to Bumper and Manufacturer defect. I am very upset and disappointed that they feel I should have to pay to have a Manufacturing defect fixed at my out of pocket expense.

Spent $1,000 on a fix and got a car back leaking 5x as much oil, they proceed to tell me my car is worth $500 and try and sell me on an overpriced car. How can you spend $1000 and then it’s magically worth $500. Gage is not the issue.
