Gage was very attentive about my concerns and walked me through everything that I told him was going on with my vehicle. They first took it in for diagnostics and called me about what they found. He’s a very personable guy and easy to talk to.
I didn’t think I was given the total amount for spark plug replacement including labor, not sure if I would have followed through with the purchase had I known, otherwise she was very thorough and helpful
