First and foremost, communication was terrible. And after waiting almost two weeks to have my car repaired, I was denied my warranty claim was denied. This could have been avoided had your company not insinuated that the car had flood damage. It does not have flood damage, and would have been approved had that information not been given to the inspector.
Seth took care of us as always, and the service team did a great job on my truck.
