Very pleasant, helpful and kept us informed all through the servicing.
Gabe was very helpful from the moment I pulled in until my truck was ready. They were more than willing to help with additional fixes needed even tho that’s not what I was there for.
Buick and owner treated very well. Service work done faster than expected (I was able to finish my cup of hot chocolate by the time the car was ready).
He was very professional. He explained things and was very nice. When a problem arose, he took care of it in a very timely manner. I will bring my vehicle back for future services.

Eric was very helpful in explaining what services needed to be done at certain mileage points, and which could be put off until next oil change in 5000 miles.

I arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told I wasn’t in the system/didn’t have an appointment scheduled. Eric was customer focused and reassured me he could get my vehicle serviced that day. Good communication. Haven’t seen him before but a great addition to the service team.

Our oil change and tire rotation was to be of no charge. When our daughter and son in law picked up the car for us.....they were charged the amount of $85.40, and they had to use their credit card to drive the car out and up to our home in Hayward, Wis. We thought there was to be NO CHARGES for this.
It was a great visit and Martin did a great job of sharing recommended maintenance but also understanding my decision to not do it this tjme. I didn’t feel pressured. Also, he made me aware of Ford Reward dollars that I had and so that was a very welcomed insight!
