We brought car there to be serviced and tires rotated. We had issue with tire losing air. Fou d out it had a drill bit in it. So ordered new tire. We were told the tires were rotated. Got home same tire on back passenger side went flat tires were not rotated. Also car would not start. Battery issue. Took it back and then told battery wasn't putting out amps as should. But tested fine that day. Tells me there wasn" t anything gone through on servicing

I made an appointment Wednesday. They didn’t tell me it was going to be a week before they even looked at it. I finally called Saturday and all they said was they could maybe look at my car the begging of this week! Good costumer service would’ve said it might be a week before we can even tell you what’s wrong with your car! I didn’t get a loaner, which made it difficult to share a car with my boyfriend for a week. It’s very frustrating when u make an appointment and they don’t even get back to you or warn u that your car isn’t going to be looked at for a week. I would’ve never left it with u if that was the case. All said I’m done I’m very disappointed because I bought my car there my boyfriend gets all his tuneups done and now u lost two customers.

Quick service. Clearly explained how warranty would extend on replacement battery. Explained when warranty would expire on replacement battery. Overall very helpful.
